Start with your membership
City of Moreton Bay Libraries offers digital books and other reading resources through its official eBooks page. Access requires library membership details. The page also links to online joining, password help and an eLibrary support request.
For someone working irregular hours, caring for children or finding travel difficult, an at-home option can make it easier to keep reading. It also provides a practical backup when an outdoor plan falls through.
Choose by what you want to read
The Council page lists Libby for eBooks, audiobooks and e-magazines, LOTE4Kids for bilingual audio-picture books, and BorrowBox for audiobooks and newspapers. Follow the Council’s links to the appropriate service, then check its current catalogue and borrowing conditions. Availability varies; a listed service does not guarantee that a particular title is ready to borrow.

- Have your membership details ready and use the library’s password-help option if necessary.
- Choose one service and one title to try. Check compatibility with your device before spending time setting it up.
- If it does not work, use the official support request or ask a library staff member for help.
Make it fit your household
For a young reader, choose material together and check age suitability before handing over the device. For a commute, check whether the selected service permits downloading your loan before you leave Wi-Fi. For an older reader, try the device’s available text-size and audio controls to find a comfortable setup.
